Im a Celeb - Bushtucker Trial game Terms and Conditions
- The "I'm a Celeb - Bushtucker Trial" game promotion is open to both new and existing ITV Bingo users. The promotion opens on 15th November 2010 and closes at 11.59pm on 30th November 2010 as stated on the "I'm a Celeb - Bushtucker Trial" page of the ITV Bingo website (www.itvbingo.com).
- Every player who logs in and plays the I'm a Celeb - Bushtucker Trial game while the promotion is open will get a bonus reward. The I'm a Celeb- Bushtucker Trial game is free to enter but internet service provider's fees may apply when accessing the internet.
- There are no limits on how many times players can play the "I'm a Celeb- Bushtucker Trial" game but only one bonus reward will be awarded per player per day and there is a maximum of one entry per day to the prize draw.
- Bonus rewards are chosen at random from a pool of bonus cash or bingo point prizes. The amount and type of bonus reward is revealed at the end of the game.
- Bonus cash and bingo points cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used to purchase bingo cards.
- Please allow at least 72 hours for your bonus reward to be credited to your account.
- Everyone who plays the I'm a Celeb - Bushtucker Trial game is also entered into a prize draw to win a grand prize. (Maximum one entry per day) The first person drawn at random will be the winner of the grand prize. The draw will take place within 48 hours of the end of the promotion period.
- The grand prize is a seven night trip out to Australia for the winner and a companion. The grand prize includes:
a. Return economy rail travel from the winner's local railway station to London;
b. A meet and greet with an "I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here" former contestant in London and dinner at the Rainforest Caf up to 100 in value subject to the availability of the relevant former contestant;
c. One night's accommodation at a hotel near the London airport based on two people sharing a room;
d. Return economy flights from a London airport to Brisbane;
e. Return transfers from Brisbane airport to the hotel;,
f. Seven nights' accommodation in a hotel on the Gold Coast on a half board basis (including breakfast and evening meal but excluding drinks) based on two people sharing a room;
g. A helicopter trip for the winner and their companion over the jungle area featured in the "I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here" programme. The helicopter trip will be subject to weather conditions, helicopter serviceability and airspace restrictions imposed by air traffic control and other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, the prize provider and/or the flight operator and, as a result flights may be cancelled at short notice without liability to the winner and their companion. The helicopter trip is also subject to weight restrictions apply and people over 17 stone (108kg) may not be permitted to participate. Both the winner and their companion should be in good health and able to take up the helicopter trip. The pilot may refuse to allow any person to board the aircraft if he suspects use of drugs or alcohol in the previous 24 hours. Neither ITV nor the flight operator will be liable for any loss, damage or injury except to the extent it results from their negligence; and
h. A cheque for 200 payable in the name of the winner only.
- The winner of the grand prize and their companion must both be aged 18 years or over and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.
- The grand prize must be taken before 28 February 2011 and is subject to availability. All elements of the grand prize must be taken up during one period and not on non-consecutive dates.
- The winner and their companion must hold current valid passports (which should be valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel) and other necessary travel documentation including without limitation any authorisation or visas and travel insurance which covers any overseas medical costs which may incur when taking up the grand prize. It is the responsibility of the winner and their companion to arrange their own travel documentation. The winner and their companion must be available to travel on the relevant dates. The winner and their companion must travel together, departing from and returning to the same UK airport at the same time and on the same itinerary. The prize provider and/or their agents cannot guarantee that seats will be adjacent to each other.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend any element of the grand prize and/or offer an alternative grand prize for reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strike, lock-out, labour dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood and/or storm, compliance with a law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, breakdown of plant, machinery or transportation.
- The winner will be contacted as soon as practicable on or after the draw date. The Promoter will contact the winner on the phone number registered for their ITV Bingo account, calling three times per day for 2 days. If the winner cannot be contacted or successful contact is not made within the fixed time period as specified or if they fail to provide an address for delivery of the prize or fail to meet any of the eligibility requirements or are otherwise unable to comply with these terms and conditions, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant (without further liability to that entrant) and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.
- The results of the grand prize draw will be announced on the ITV Bingo website following winner confirmation. The winner agrees to provide a photograph of him/herself and a quotation for publication on ITVbingo.com. The winner agrees to take part in publicity following the trip to Australia.
- There is no alternative prize or, where applicable, cash equivalent, and the prize is non-transferable, non-upgradeable and non-changeable. The prize excludes any additional costs and expenses which are not specified in the prize description above including without limitation any additional accommodation, transportation costs to and from the hotel, any travel expenses, parking costs, hotel supplementary charges, any spa treatments not included in the prize, telephone calls, room service, mini-bar goods, souvenirs, incidental costs, taxes and any insurance.
- The prize is subject to availability and restrictions including but not limited to inclement weather conditions, programme scheduling and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and/or prize provider, blackout dates, public and school holidays, travel and access restrictions. The winner must follow instructions given by the Promoter and/or prize provider to take up the prize. Any entrant and/or winner must comply with any directions given to him or her by the Promoter, prize provider(s) and/or their agents and with all relevant laws, rules and regulations, restrictions, itinerary, and where applicable, compliance with the Ofcom Broadcasting Code. Failure to comply with instructions, itineraries, rules, restrictions, requirements, laws and guidelines may result in an invalid entry and/or forfeiture of the prize.
- Neither the Promoter nor the prize provider is liable for any costs, liabilities, damages or losses incurred by a winner or their companions in taking up the prize except that neither the Promoter nor the prize provider exclude or limit their liability for death or personal injury caused by their staff or supplier's negligence.
