75 Ball Pre-Buy Game Terms and Conditions
- To participate in the Coronation Street 75 Ball Pre-Buy games you must be a registered and a funded player of ITV Bingo and must be aged 18 years or over.
- The cards for each Coronation Street 75 Ball Pre-Buy game are free.
- You can buy cards for the Coronation Street 75 Ball Pre-Buy games from 19 July 2010 online at www.itvbingo.com
- Minimum purchase 1 ticket. A maximum of 12 tickets per player may be purchased for each game.
- The closing date and time for the purchase of tickets for each Coronation Street 75 Ball Pre-Buy game is 7.59pm each night and that game will take place on www.itvbingo.com shortly after. The final Coronation Street 75 Ball Pre-Buy game in this promotion closes at 7.59pm on Friday 27th August.
- The winner of each game will be the holder of the winning bingo card for that Coronation Street 75 Ball Pre-Buy game. The prize for each game is a Coronation Street goodie bag including Coronation Street branded merchandise. There is only one prize per game. If there is more than one winner, the cash value of the prize (as determined by the Promoter) will be shared between the winners.
- The winner(s) of each Coronation Street 75 Ball Pre-Buy game will also be entered in the grand prize draw. The first person drawn at random from the pool of winners will be the winner of the grand prize. Together each prize and the grand prize are referred to as the 'prizes'.
- The grand prize is a VIP tour of the Coronation Street set in Manchester for the winner and up to three (3) companions. The set tour lasts approximately 1 hour and includes a meet and greet with a cast member before or after the set tour with a photo and autograph. (We cannot guarantee which cast member it will be ahead of the visit). The prize also includes:
- One lunch voucher at a JW Lees pub to the value of £50.
- One Coronation Street Ale souvenir bottle.
- Return standard class travel by rail for the winner and up to three (3) companions from the winner's local UK mainland rail station to Manchester Piccadilly.
- One night of hotel accommodation in Manchester for the winner and up to three (3) companions. Hotel accommodation is based on two people sharing twin or double rooms on a bed and breakfast basis.
- The winner of the grand prize and their companions must all be aged 18 years or over and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.
- All elements of the grand prize must be booked and taken up during one period, and not on non-consecutive dates. The grand prize must be taken before 30 June 2011 and is subject to availability. Travel is not available on bank or public holidays.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend any element of the prizes and/or offer alternative prizes for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
- The winner of each prize and the grand prize winner will each be notified by email within 28 days of winning.
- The results of each game and the grand prize draw will be announced on the ITV Bingo website. The winner agrees to provide a photograph of him/herself and a quotation for publication on ITVbingo.com. The winner must agree to take part in publicity following the set tour.
- There are no alternative prizes or, where applicable, cash equivalent, and prizes are non-transferable, non-upgradeable and non-changeable. The prizes exclude any additional costs and expenses which are not specified in the prize description above including without limitation any additional accommodation, transportation costs to and from the hotel, any travel expenses, parking costs, hotel supplementary charges, any spa treatments not included in the prize, telephone calls, room service, mini-bar goods, souvenirs, incidental costs, taxes and any insurance.
- The prizes are subject to availability and restrictions including but not limited to inclement weather conditions, programme scheduling and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and/or prize provider, blackout dates, public and school holidays, travel and access restrictions. The winner must follow instructions given by the Promoter and/or prize provider to take up the prizes.
- Neither the Promoter nor the prize provider is liable for any costs, liabilities, damages or losses incurred by a winner or their companions in taking up the prizes except that neither the Promoter nor the prize provider exclude or limit their liability for death or personal injury caused by their staff or supplier's negligence.
- These terms and conditions are subject to and additional to the General Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
