How do I register?
Registering for Foxy Bingo is simple. All you have to do is click the ‘Join Now’ link on our home page, and then complete the form on our registration page. It only takes a minute or two… then you're ready to play bingo.
Can I register without inputting my credit card details?
Yes, you can register without submitting you credit card details.
Why do you take my credit card details when I sign up?
We do this because we need to verify your identity and make sure you are who you say you are. We won’t take any money from your card unless you later decide to deposit funds with us. Your winnings will be sent back to the card that you use the most. You can only request for funds to be sent to a different card once all of the current payouts have finished being processed.
Why might I need to provide a picture ID within 72 hours of registering?
To comply with UK regulations, all registered players must verify that they are of legal age. We may request proof of your age at any stage, to verify that you are Legally of Age or older. If your age is not verified by us within 72 hours of your first deposit, your account will be frozen and no further gambling will be permitted until we have successfully verified your age. Can I change my alias after registration?

How do I log in?

Can I self-exclude?

Can I withdraw money won with my free welcome bonus?
Any winnings that result from purchases of bingo cards with a free cash sign up offer may be redeemed for cash by providing debit / credit card details, (subject to a minimum amount of £10 and if the players Bingo Account has previously been funded with a cash deposit). The free cash sign up bonus cannot be cashed out at any time.
I have made a withdrawal, when will the money be in my bank account or on my credit card?
It takes up to 8 working days for funds to appear in your account. All withdrawal transactions are processed by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited within 2-3 working days from your original request. However, your bank or Credit Card Company may take up to 5 working days from then to complete the process.
We will allocate withdrawals to cards used on your account so as to cover expenditure on those cards across the life of the account.
Brigend & Cassava reserve the right to delay and/or stop the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.
I used to receive a deposit bonus. Why do I not get that anymore?
The 50% bingo reload bonus promotion was discontinued in February (Tuesday 14th February 2017). This has enabled us to offer some bigger, better and more regular deposit bonuses. I have just changed my deposit limits on my account. How long does it take for these changes to take effect?
Increasing your Deposit limits will take effect after a minimum of 24 hours. Decreasing your limits will take effect immediately. Please note you can only change your limits 3x per month.
I’ve made a deposit but something’s gone wrong. / I’ve made a deposit but the money is not showing up in my account.
Please be advised that if the Deposit transaction has failed for some reason, you will be charged the deposit amount. If you believe that you’ve been charged for a failed transaction, send us a copy of the bank statement so that our Transactions Team can investigate the issue.
I have won free spins/money. When will this be credited to my account?
There are many ways that players can win free spins whether through social media competitions or from various promotions. It is always stated in the T&Cs of the promotion in question when the crediting will happen. Alternatively, if you are playing the EAW game, crediting should happen automatically – approximately in an hour.

Is there a fee for requesting a withdrawal?

I am unable to withdraw money. Why?
In order to request a withdrawal, you must have at least £10 available in your Real Cash balance. Please note that Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable. Bonus Funds can turn into Real cash once the applicable wagering requirements are met.

I got kicked out of a game, what happens with my winnings up to date?
Unfortunately, communication problems over the internet may cause sudden disconnections. The games are very slow. Why and what can I do?
