HOW DO I DEPOSIT MONEY INTO MY ACCOUNT?
It’s easy to make a deposit into your account. After you’ve signed up you just have to click on the "Deposit Now" button. Our payment system is Bridgend, so when you choose to do something to your account the Bridgend window will open, just choose what you want to do from the menu on the left of the Bridgend screen and then follow the instructions.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT I CAN DEPOSIT?
You can deposit a minimum of £5, however, you have to deposit at least £10 to receive any of our deposit bonuses.

You can withdraw a minimum of £30 from your bingo account.
CAN I WITHDRAW MONEY THAT I'VE WON WITH MY FREE WELCOME BONUS?
Anything you win as a result of a purchase or wager you have made using your sign up bonus can be redeemed for cash once you’ve provided your debit/credit card details. The minimum withdrawal of £30 still applies and your account must already have been funded with a cash deposit. Your cash sign up bonus cannot be paid out at any time.
I HAVE MADE A WITHDRAWAL, WHEN WILL THE MONEY BE IN MY BANK ACCOUNT OR ON MY CREDIT CARD?
It may take up to eight working days for your funds to appear in your account. All of our withdrawal transactions are handled by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited within two to three working days from the original request. Your bank or credit card company, however, may take up to five working days after this to complete the process.
Bridgend & Cassava hold the right to stop and/or delay the processing of your withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.

WHY DO YOU TAKE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS WHEN I SIGN UP?
When you sign up you’ll notice that we ask for your credit card details. We do this because we need to verify your identity and make sure you are who you say you are. We won’t take any money from your card unless you later decide to deposit funds with us. Your winnings will be sent back to the card that you use the most. You can only request for funds to be sent to a different card once all of the current payouts have finished being processed.
DO I HAVE TO SPEND AGES DOWNLOADING LOTS OF SOFTWARE?
